What is a HIV? : 

HIV is a terrible virus.  You know that the human body has immunity, if a disease or a virus enters the human body then the immune system makes antibodies to the human body by fighting that virus and defeating the virus, which can easily cause a disease in the human body.  No  But when the immune system becomes weak, the disease builds on the human body.  If the HIV virus enters the human body, the virus completely destroys the immune system, thus causing various diseases in the human body.

             

What is AIDS? :

AIDS is a disease caused by the HIV virus.  Symptoms of AIDS can be seen within a month of entering the HIV virus in some individuals, while in some individuals the symptoms of the disease are seen about six months later.

HIV কি?: 

HIV হল একটি ভয়ানক ভাইরাস। তোমরা তো জানো মানুষের দেহে রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা থাকে, যদি কোন রোগ অথবা কোন ভাইরাস মানুষের দেহে প্রবেশ করে তাহলে এই রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা সেই ভাইরাসের সাথে যুদ্ধ করে মানুষের দেহে অ্যান্টিবডি তৈরি করে এবং ভাইরাসকে হারিয়ে দেয়, এর ফলে সহজে কোন রোগ মানুষের শরীরে বাসা বাঁধতে পারে না। কিন্তু এই রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা দুর্বল হয়ে পড়লে, মানুষের দেহে রোগ বাসা বাঁধে। এই HIV ভাইরাস যদি মানুষের দেহে প্রবেশ করে তাহলে এই ভাইরাস মানুষের রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা পুরোপুরি ধ্বংস করে দেয়, এর ফলে মানুষের দেহে বিভিন্ন রোগ ধীরে ধীরে বাসা বাঁধতে শুরু করে।

AIDS কি? :

AIDS হল একটি রোগ, এই রোগটি হয় HIV ভাইরাসের কারণে। কোন কোন ব্যক্তির দেহে HIV ভাইরাস প্রবেশ করার এক মাসের মধ্যেই AIDS রোগের লক্ষণগুলি দেখা যায়, আবার কিছু কিছু ব্যক্তির দেহে এই রোগের লক্ষণগুলি প্রায় ছয় মাস পরে দেখা যায়।

HIV / AIDS এর লক্ষণ গুলি কি?

HIV ভাইরাস মানুষের দেহে প্রবেশ করার পর, যতদিন না AIDS হচ্ছে ততদিন এর লক্ষণগুলি সহজে বোঝা যায় না। তবে, এই রোগের প্রধান symptoms(লক্ষন) গুলি হল.....

1. হঠাৎ করে ওজন কম হতে শুরু করবে।
2. কিছু খেতে ইচ্ছা করবে না। / খিদে লাগবে না।
3. সব সময় কাশি লাগবে। 
4. রাতে ঘুমানোর সময় ঘাম আসবে।
5. কোন রোগ হলে তা ঠিক হবে না। ইত্যাদি।

                                                                       

HIV কিভাবে ছড়ায়?

HIV ভাইরাস মানুষের মানুষের সংস্পর্শে ছড়ায় না। তবে, যে কারণে এই ভাইরাস ছড়ায় তা হল....

1. যৌন মিলনের ফলে HIV ছড়ায়।
2. রক্ত গ্রহণের ফলে HIV ছড়ায়।
3. মায়ের পেটে সন্তান থাকা অবস্থায় মায়ের যদি HIV(+) থাকে, তাহলে মায়ের থেকে সন্তানের HIV ছড়াতে পারে।

HIV / AIDS এর থেকে বাঁচার উপায় কি?

AIDS রোগ হল পৃথিবীর মরণ রোগ গুলির মধ্যে একটা। এই রোগের এখনো কোন medicine তৈরি হয়নি, তাই এই রোগ হলে মৃত্যু অনিবার্য। তবে AIDS রোগ থেকে বাঁচতে হলে কিছু নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে। যথা.....

1. অচেনা কোন ব্যক্তির সাথে Sex করবেন না। কারণ অচেনা ব্যক্তির দেহে যদি HIV থাকে তাহলে Sex করার ফলে ওই ব্যক্তির রক্ত, বীর্য আপনার দেহে প্রবেশ করার ফলে আপনারও AIDS হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে।
2. রক্ত গ্রহনের সময় রক্ত পরীক্ষা করে তারপর গ্রহণ করুন। কারণ রক্তের মাধ্যমেও HIV ছড়ায়।
3. ইনজেকশন দেওয়ার সময় একই ইনজেকশন অন্য ব্যাক্তির ওপর ব্যবহার করবেন না।
4. মায়ের যদি AIDS থাকে তাহলে সন্তানকে ওই মায়ের বুকের দুধ পান করাবেন না।
